The Good Good is committed to providing the best product and service to our customers.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.thegoodgood.us

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To claim an exchange, send us an email at support.us@thegoodgood.co. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Refund

The Good Good does not offer refund. Please choose carefully when purchasing your products. 

Shipping

To return the defective product, you should mail your product to: 19/551 Hudson Street, New-York, NY, 10014, United States.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
